FUTURE IMPROVEMENTS

CURRENT PROJECTS

We are currently in the early stages of making residential canal boat moorings along the stretch of canal that runs along side the full length of our estate and up to the Fazeley Marina. This project is still in its early stages as we are currently going through the planning and application processes. We hope to begin actual work on the tow path sometime in May 2024, we will update our progresses as they develop.

Housing

We currently have 4 houses that we rent out privately, We enjoy having a mix of residential and commercial properties as it provides us with interesting work challenges.

Storage rental

Some of our units are used solely for the purpose of storage, we have a large amount of units with varing size options.

Commercial

Many of pur units are used for industrial purposes with a wide variation in trades such as car repair services, Engineering Machining and Flooring speciaslists
